The Role

Move beyond compliance. Into planning.

Specialists support Keystone's strategists on real client planning work. You'll shadow calls, build the analysis and write ups, and step into running your own simpler clients once you're trained.

What you'll work on

  • Supporting strategy calls. Join planning meetings with different strategists and their approaches
  • Building the plan. Projections, entity analysis and the numbers behind each recommendation
  • Writing it up. Clear, on time client write ups after every meeting
  • Reviewing returns across 1040s, 1065s and 1120S
  • Running your own clients once you're trained, starting with simpler cases

What you'll have

  • Structured training at 30, 60, 90 and 120 days
  • Support from the whole strategist team, not one manager
  • Flexible hours, with overlap for Monday internal meetings
  • Real estate investor clients and real planning work
  • A clear path to Tax Strategist

A good first year.

The standard, stated before you apply.

Day 30
Trained, set up and shadowing client calls
Day 90
Preparing projections and write ups with strategists
Day 120
Running simpler client meetings on your own
Year 1
A growing client portfolio and a path to Strategist
Why it's a step up

Most tax seniors spend years in compliance before they see planning. Here you're in client strategy calls from your first month.
