$55,000 to $60,000 base salary.
You won't just open the doors. You'll run the business.
Spa West is growing and hiring across aesthetics, nursing and sales. The founders need one person on the ground who keeps the spa running smoothly, the team performing and clients coming back.
What you'll work on
- Running daily operations. Opening, closing, scheduling and keeping the day on track
- Leading the team. Front desk, therapists and service staff: rotas, training and performance
- Owning the client experience. From booking to checkout, and handling issues when they come up
- Growing revenue. Retail, rebooking, memberships and packages
- Keeping the founders informed. Regular numbers on bookings, sales and staffing
